One company, several buildings, no per-site invoice
Every platform in this category prices by location, which means the moment you open a second building your software bill doubles — for software that mostly just filtered a list differently.
Locations here are structure, not a pricing tier. Adding your fifth site costs the same as your first: nothing.
Locations are structure, not a pricing tier.
Where the multi-site story is genuinely finished, and where it isn't.
This is the claim most likely to be oversold in this market, so here is the real state of it. Two of these are on the roadmap; none of them are pretended away.
Reports don't filter by site yet
Sales, timeclock, overtime and missed-punch reports cover the whole organization. The dashboard and the board filter by location, but the reports don't — so a per-building P&L is currently an export-and-pivot job, not a dropdown.
Permissions belong to the company, not a building
You can roster someone at a specific site — a shift carries the building it's worked at — but a role does not. A membership carries one role for the whole organization, and there is no regional-manager scope between manager and owner, so a manager is a manager everywhere. If you need someone who can run site three and see nothing of site one, that isn't here.
No cross-site transfers as a first-class move
Moving a stay from one building to another is a rebooking rather than a transfer that carries its history across. Facilities that shuffle dogs between sites during peak weeks should press on this.
The things that genuinely differ building to building
A second location is not a copy of the first — different rooms, different services, sometimes a different medical standard. These follow the address.
Rooms and capacity
Rooms belong to a location, and pools are counted within it. Site two's twenty runs never inflate site one's availability, and the board filters to one building without leaving the page.
Services offered where you offer them
A service or package can name the sites that carry it, or stay company-wide. The phone only offers a client the extras the facility they're booking actually has.
Vaccine rules per building
Requirements are scoped by site as well as by species and service — which matters the moment one of your locations is grooming-only and shouldn't be demanding a boarding standard.
Stock on the shelf it's actually on
Retail inventory is held per product per location, because a bag of food sits at one address. A retail item that names no site isn't stocked anywhere and can't be sold — deliberately, rather than as an accident.
Change buildings without changing pages
A location picker in the header, not a separate login per site. The dashboard, the board and the day's counts follow it; the client and pet records don't move, because they're the company's.
- One login for the whole organization, however many buildings it holds
- Clients and pets shared across sites — a regular at site one is not a stranger at site two
- Live counts, arrivals and departures scoped to whichever building you're looking at

One timeclock, wherever they clocked in
People who float between buildings are the norm at three sites and above. The timeclock is company-wide, so a shift at site two lands in the same pay period as a shift at site one.
- Clock in from the floor of whichever building they're in
- Shifts assigned on a weekly grid and scheduled at a specific building
- Overtime and missed punches surfaced as reports rather than found at payroll

Find anyone, at any site, mid-phone-call
One search across the whole organization. A client ringing site three about a dog that boarded at site one is one keystroke, not a transferred call.
- Clients, pets and visits surface as you type from anywhere in the app
- The pet's history is the company's history, not one building's
What multi-site owners ask
Is there really no per-location charge?
No. Locations, staff accounts and pets are unmetered — the platform makes its money on card processing at 3.5%, which scales with what the business actually takes rather than with how many buildings it happens to occupy. Your fifth site costs the same as your first: nothing.
Can I see one number across all sites?
Today the reports are already company-wide, which is the easy half. The harder half — the same report broken down per building — is the gap named at the top of this page. Ask where it is when you talk to us rather than taking a roadmap promise here.
Can a client of one location book at another?
Yes. Clients and pets belong to the organization, so the record follows them between your buildings. A household can also be a customer of a genuinely separate organization without the two seeing each other's data.
How do we roll out to a second site?
Add the location, add its rooms, and decide which services it carries. Nothing about the first building changes, and staff keep the login they already have.

You probably do some of these too
Same platform, same clients, same pets — it doesn't care which service a visit is for. These pages just argue it from a different desk.

Open the next one without a bigger bill.
Unlimited locations, unlimited staff accounts, and an honest account of what multi-site does and doesn't do yet.
